The services provided by her staff were good, but the owner was shockingly aggressive, rude and condescending. Interactions with her overshadowed the relaxing treatment I had with her staff and overall caused it to be a terrible experience. From the other positive reviews it seems possible she was having a bad day, but that should never be taken out on a customer. Truly awful.

So I just talked to my plumber and he informed me that the owner of Red Lotus Salon stopped payment on a check because she got made at him for referring her to someone else due to him going back to work full-​time. She originally paid him for all services that he had finished and materials he personally paid for yet Patricia got mad he could not do more. NOTE TO Patricia this guy has been a plumber for 30 years and I have referred him to many of my clients. What you have done is called BAD BUSINESS ! Glass door next, Facebook, linked in. I am so thankful to have found Patricia! I have always had pretty clear skin but that changed when I got pregnant. My whole forehead was constantly broken out, as well as a few other areas on my face and I was pretty certain I would just have to deal with it for the duration of the pregnancy. I went in for a wonderful facial one week ago and left with a new regimen to try for two weeks. My skin is completely clear and it’s only been one week! I’m absolutely going to continue the regimen because of the changes it has made and the education Patricia gave me. Thank you so much Patricia!!!:)

I went to Red Lotus for the first time prior to an international trip and I must say I was absolutely at easy with Patricia and her office. I have never had this type of service before so I was a little nervous but Patrica put me at ease and made me feel comfortable. There was no discomfort or pain and she talked me through the entire service. Patricia explained the entire process and her office is very clean comfortable and inviting. I encourage you to go and see Patricia at Red Lotus I promise you will not be disappointed she is AMAZING. I will be seeing her often. Her prices are very reasonable and her skin care products are great, I am using them now and I have seen an amazing change in my skin. I have been seeing Jessica for a few weeks for peels to correct my acne scars and prevent new breakouts and even after 2 treatments I can already see a huge difference! My skin is significantly more luminous and my breakouts are minimal. I was nervous at first to get a peel because I had heard they were uncomfortable to receive but she gives you a fan and checks your comfort level as you go through the treatment. I couldn’t ask for a better experience!

For 4 years I dealt with bad acne. My dermatologists recommend lots of «solutions» that never seems to clear my face. When I came to Trish everything changed! Previously I felt the need to wear coverup to hide all my acne as well as my blotchy red face. She told me that being red wasn’t normal and gave me different products that didn’t irritate my skin. Over the course of the next year my face cleared up! Now I don’t have to wear any makeup and my face is virtually acne free. Trish understands what she’s talking about and knows how to fix it. I am so happy that I came here and there is no way I would consider going anywhere else. The results are what I’ve always wanted!

I have been for facials before but it never felt like someone was truly taking care of my skin. I have been to Red Lotus several times now and feel that Patricia truly understands what my skin needs. Growing up I always thought that one day I’d be an adult and my skin would be perfectly clear once those pesky hormone filled years passed. This was not my truth. I am one of those women who are blessed with oil, lots and lots of oil.
So, after years of acne and embarrassment I met Patricia and EVERYTHING is different! I know if I followed everything she suggests to a T my skin would be completely flawless, but I’m unfortunately human and don’t drink enough water and sometimes don’t want to wash my face at night. My cross to bear. But, seriously after two years I don’t think I could be happier with the results and look forward to the relaxing atmosphere ever time I go in. I highly recommend her.

I am very pleased with the appearance of my skin since I’ve been going to Red Lotus Skin Care. I have quite a few skin conditions (melasma/​rosacea), which include super sensitive skin. I entertained the idea of removing the melasma via laser, but it just seemed to chancy. So, I did my research and found Red Lotus. Patricia not only provides her service to get your skin to optimal appearance, but she passes her knowledge to you every step of the way. By far this has been the best experience I’ve had. My skin has come a long way and I will continue seeing her until it is the best it can be! I am thrilled to have found this salon!

I’ve never had a facial before but my lady friends always say I should get one so I figured why not. The location is conveniently located right off highway 26. The ambiance inside Patricia’s office is clean, warm, and welcoming. She even has the same Asian influenced looking lamps as I do, which was a surprise. After getting me comfortable in the chair or table (not sure what it’s called) she explained every step and what each step does for my skin. I do basic stuff at home like wash my face twice a day and moisturize after. After getting a facial my face has never felt cleaner! She also gave me some samples to take home with me. Overall a great experience for a first time facial.

As a man, I was reluctant to see an aesthetician. But after realizing I had a bad case of rosacea someone recommended Red Lotus. Patricia has done incredible things for my skin. Aside from curing my red cheeks, she also removed skin tags, cleared up broken capillaries, and even waxes my ears and nose regularly. GUYS! She’s super cute too. Go see her. She made me look ten years younger. Thanks Patricia!

Patricia is wonderful. She makes everyone feel comfortable. My dad and brother are also raving about her. The facial made my skin so soft and radiant. I have to admit, the skin tag removal was painful, but the extra serum she gave to treat them once I got home made my skin clear of any scarring. I will definately come back for another facial.
