Bought a Groupon for interior painting, called twice and left voicemails at two different times. Called a third time, and got the ‘voicemail is full’ message.
I reached out to Groupon who somehow managed to get a hold of the business owner. He told the Groupon representative that he would call me within three business days. STILL NO CALL A WEEK LATER.
Groupon offered to give me my $ 500 back via a CREDIT, instead of a refund. It is ridiculous that I was even put in this position to begin with.
***Edit: Groupon has since refunded my money.
Did I mention that the initial voicemail message says «It is our goal to get back to you within two hours of your call!»? Completely ridiculous.
Do NOT recommend. Don’t put yourself up for Groupons if you can’t actually deliver.

I can’t say enough things about Doug and his crew. They are all friendly and very hard workers with great attention to detail. I like the fact that this is a family company as well. We were able to book them at the last minute and have our entire downstairs and upstairs hallway painting in one day. I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Very even coats and incredibly straight lines where the walls meet the ceilings. So glad we hired them and didn’t end up doing it ourselves. Doug took the extra time to teach us a few things about touch up and how to clean the columns on our front porch. We will definitely be using Pride in Painting again in the future and I would recommend them to anyone.
