Premium TV Tech & Electronics Repair

Dave talks a big game, but don’t believe anything he says. He’s had our TV for over a month now and this is the second go round of repairs for the same issue. He is either unable, or unwilling, to fix our TV and refuses to give us a refund, either partial or full. We are now out both a TV and $ 190. Don’t fall for his initially kind demeanor or empty promises. BEWARE of this scam artist.

Just took my Hisense TV in for repair here last week when it randomly started having issues with the volume and the menu.
I spoke to Dave when I first called in to ask if the TV was even repairable. Dave was nice and listened to me while I explained my problem and while I did a bit of bitching and whining about the TV since it is less than two years old and was already breaking. He let me know that he could fix my TV and gave me a good price estimate.
When I went to drop the TV off at the shop Dave and all of his employees were friendly and nice and got the TV out of my car for me. It took about a day to repair and is working great now. Dave even does warranties on his work and let me know if I have any further issues with it he would take care of it and the repair cost was MUCH cheaper than a new TV.

I brought my 2008 61″ Samsung DLP in here for service when it started having the «white dots» issue. Dave was so incredibly helpful! He was very knowledgeable, and immediately knew the best solution for the problem; he even went so far as to help us get a free replacement chip from the manufacturer because it was a known recall issue. Dave was personable, funny, genuine, and even helped my wife and I get the TV out of the truck. The TV repair took time because the part had to be ordered, but it was done and ready as soon as he had the part. I will bring all of my future television repairs to his shop! Highly recommended.

No way did I expect such excellent service from the guys at premium tv tech. I thought my TV was done for, but they repaired it incredibly fast and for an awesome price. Couldn’t have asked for more. As long as These guys are around, they will be my first and only choice for TV repairs.

Dave is a boss!!! Took care of me same day which is unusual in the speaker repair market. Got be right back in the studio! Let alone, it wasn’t even a TV that I brought it. I will think of Premium TV and Dave if I have electronics issues again! Thanks a lot!

Please don’t take your electronics to Dave at Premium TV Tech!
This guy might be skilled at repairs, but he won’t call you back and tell you what’s going on unless you bug him, and he’ll make claims that he has no interest in fulfilling. My repair job went weeks over the estimated timeline, I repeatedly asked for an update (I had absolutely no idea what was going on), and Dave repeatedly told me that he’d call me and then never did. When I finally gave up about a month later and took back my unfixed unit, he told me that it was my fault he didn’t call me, because I didn’t text him a reminder to do so. He continually made excuses for not doing what he said he would do, saying that he has ADD and can’t be expected to keep track of his customers. (That’s apparently my fault.)
If you’re looking for someone professional, go somewhere else!

I don’t review on Unilocal very much but I just had to write a review with this one. Dave is awesome and amazing! He fixed my Samsung TV and did such an excellent job.
I called around to a bunch of places in the area trying to find the best price to get my TV fixed. A lot of places seemed to not really care. Then I spoke with Dave. He was so knowledgeable, knew exactly what the problem was after I described it and gave the TV model number. And, he had the best prices out of anyone who I talked to.
I needed him to come to my house to get the TV, as it is very large. He charged a $ 30 pick up fee– which was totally fine and worth it. He drove almost 30 minutes to get to me! He picked my TV up, took it to his shop and fixed it. Even called me that night to give me an update and make sure I was cool with having a little extra work that it really needed done. Of course I was!
He fixed it that night and came back to drop it off less than 24 hours later. Amazing! The TV works great! And, on top of doing an excellent job fixing it, he was also very pleasant, professional, friendly and courteous.
Dave even went above and beyond and told me how to prevent this in the future and he even fixed some settings on my TV to make sure I could get the best picture quality possible. He also cleaned it and just went above and beyond with the general repairs. It should last me a really long time now!
He told me that he also fixed all sorts of other Electronics than jut TVs. Next time I need anything fixed, I will be calling Dave! He is seriously awesome! I can’t stress enough that this is the only person who you should be going to for your electronic repairs. Not only is he great at it but he really cares and wants to get you a good deal.

Called them and was told that they would diagnose what was wrong with the TV for free. I took the TV out to them and they told me that it would be probably about an hour before they could look at it. Elliott said he thought he knew what was wrong with it but would still have to run some tests. In about two and a half hours I received a call that said they had diagnosed what was wrong with my TV and could have it back to me later that day, I said go ahead and fix it and went out there to pick it up and everything was fantastic I truly believe that you should use these people if you have a problem with your TV. The best part was no BS and what we thought was a fair price. First time giving a 5 star rating,

Use these guys without worry.
My 3.5 year old Panasonic plasma wouldn’t turn on. Called Video Only and it was going to be 100 bucks to get someone to come to the house. Parts and labor would be extra after that. They said they could sell me a new set for $ 500. Well, maybe things only last 3 years these days but I wanted to check around. Called Dave at Premium. He said I should bring it in and they could provide a repair estimate. Long story, took it in and they repaired it for $ 250 in less than 3 hours. Works good as new and they warranty their work. Dave is adamant about surge protectors and if go there be ready for the talk. Apparently a surge did in one of my boards or something. Again, it now works.
This is a cool place with kids and dogs. A family feel. There are a LOT of TV’s around so these guys stay pretty busy.
No BS. Just did the job and I’m out of there.
