I’ve only gotten acrylic nails done one other time. She did it well and I feel like a million bucks. Great pricing too!

If u like customer service, and thoroughness, then come here. The salon is a bit rundown, kinda old-school, but friendly & kind. I called at 6pm & although closed, I got an appt 30min later(I had tried 2 other salons in area who turned me away). I walked in, just as she was finishing. She smile & proceeded to pamper me. She did not rush and took her time. I LOVEDIT. I hate paying over $ 35 for a 15 min pedicure. An hour later, I was delighted. I will definitely go back. P. S. she was kid friendly, as my 5 y. o son was w/me.

While going through some of my grandmother’s things, I found a gift certificate for Precision Nails that my mom had given her for a pedicure a couple of years ago for Christmas. Since grandma passed away a couple months ago and I had just spent all going through her house to get ready for an estate sale, I decided to treat myself to a pedi. It was Saturday evening, about 45 minutes before closing when I got there. There were no other customers. I asked the one woman working there if I could use this gift certificate that had been given to my grandma 2 years ago but now she had passed away. The woman told me it was too old and it had to have been used within 30 days. No where does it say this on the certificate. I asked where it said that and she just said it was too old. I walked right out of there and went someplace else. I understand that as a business they can do whatever they’d like, but it would have been nice to get some understanding or at least have known or be able to read somewhere that the certificate that it was supposed to be used in 30 days of purchase. Not cool, Precision Nails, not cool
