Dr. Sandquist is awesome. On the initial visit, she was very down to earth and made it real easy to feel confident that as my surgeon, she would take care of me. The surgery itself went smooth and I’ve actually been healing faster than what is considered normal for gallbladder removal. She is the type of doctor you want as your primary.
So now that’s done, I’m left with bills that could have paid my mortgage for several months. This ugly looking bill exposes how important the administration team is in addition to a good doctor. The office staff is organized, professional and courteous. I was able to complete my new patient information via email by thus eliminating the annoying packet of paperwork and clipboard. In addition to being greeted promptly and politely upon entering the office, the waiting times were minimal. The billing processes was explained ahead of time and Brenda was able to immediately address any questions I had.
