DONOTCHOOSE!!! … first off they will ask for your credit card info as a sure-fire way to make sure they charge you. secondly, I scheduled on a friday morning and they gave me a friday afternoon appointment. I waited and waited, finally around 4 pm I get a call that they dont want to pay their guys overtime and that I will have to wait until monday to get service! all weekend, its hot, and no ice at my business… I understood and thought well, its nice day and their workers probably want to go home also, so I totally complied. Monday comes. guy dilly dallies around, keeps going inside/outside, using the phone, acting like hes never fixed a ice maker before. I get my invoice and its completely blank with barely any description and no out time. these guys just waste time and chit-chat thinking money grows on trees and they are entitled to labor hours. 4.5 hours to replace a tray and clean it! … not sure if he even replaced the tray my employee thinks he just cleaned the old one and used it. $ 700 bill and I ask for a fair shake on the phone, these guys started telling me i was ripping them off! are you kidding me? Do yourself a favor and don’t even waste your breath on these guys.
