This cart just moved to 7th and E. Burnside which makes it a convenient 3 block walk from my office. I had the pleasure of eating here today — it’s been over 2 hours, and I am still very full. I had a black bean and roasted corn burger and it was delish. It was on a ciabatta roll with avocado, mango slices, and a pleasantly spicy chili sauce. Maybe the best black bean burger I have ever had! I was tempted to ask for no mango and am glad I didn’t. What an interesting and tasty addition. A party of flavors in my mouth!
