A few months ago I took advantage of a Angie’s list deal that offered a deeply discounted inspection of my furnace. Vito, the service guy came out and did his inspection and tune up. After he left, my furnace began to blow cool air (didn’t get hot). I called Vito back right away and told him about the new issue. He came back quickly and said that I needed a part but he thought that his temporary fix might hold up. That trip was free of charge. A few weeks later my furnace began to blow cool air again and wouldn’t turn on properly. Again Vito was called, this time it cost $ 350 to repair my furnace. So far its working well.
This company gets 3 stars because my furnace problems seemed to get worse after they did their initial tune up. However, Vito’s prompt service and responsiveness kept them from getting 2 stars.
