Plum was like finding that rare gem of a store… you know how I can say that with all honesty? Because I went almost a year and a half ago and I’m still thinking about it. Small store full of good stuff, reasonably priced and great service ans help. Doesn’t get any better than that.

Tiny little consignment shop with really great dresses. Very stylish and high quality. I agree with another Unilocaler who mentioned that all the clothes were very nicely pressed and wrinkle free and very clean and smelled good. Definitely not something you feel like you have to wash a couple dozen times before you wear it. I have to force myself to keep going as i pass by or i would be broke, but well dressed

Walked by here while on vacation in Portland and stopped in because it looked cute. Consignment shops can be hit or miss because it depends on what people want to bring in but I was so impressed with this store. The clothes were so clean and pressed nicely and were wrinkle free. It’s a teeny place and there didn’t seem to be any shoes below a size 8, but I left with a nice summer top. My boyfriend and I talked to the sales associate for a while and she was so nice and helpful. I loved it and would highly recommend it.

This place is a little gem for cutesy and fashionable women’s clothing. The clothes are of great quality, and the prices are fantastic. Make sure you sift through all of the racks so you don’t miss anything!

Plum is a great little consignment shop! And I do mean little, but for such a small space it is very well organized with a nice selection of clothing. I was really impressed with the condition of their merchandise. Almost everything was«like new», a few tops were in the«gently worn» category but still looked good. I tried on a few dresses and a top and left with a very versatile sweater dress. Beverly, the sales associate, was friendly and helpful. I’m so glad I finally visited Plum. I will definitely shop there again.

An exceptional consignment store experience. Well organized. An entire section dedicated not just to dresses, but black dresses. 99% designer and premium brands. Regular markdowns. Adorable space — easy to spot from the outside and easy to navigate inside. Great incorporation of brand — bags are plum-colored, etc. Decent clearance section in the back. I walked out with a stunning black wool Milly dress for work and a fancypants black ruffly NUE by Shani dress for play — yes, both from the«black dress» section. Never can have enough black dresses! NUE dresses that I’ve seen at Nordstroms/Lord & Taylor are priced between $ 200 – 500. I felt great paying $ 50(marked down) for a gorgeous designer find. Overall, Plum wins for value: exceptional quality for the price. Consistent designer and premium brands at predictably affordable prices. A must-visit on a trip to Portland, ME!
