Absolutely amazing customer service! I came in for new living room furniture and Robyn was really attentive to my needs, she showed me swatches, moved furniture so I could see how everything looked together and was even very sweet to my kids. This pier1 is a small store but can have most items shipped to the store at no charge. I’m excited to go back and shop more!!!

Pier One has great home furnishings and knick knacks from around the world. I like coming here to buy unique little gifts for friends and family. The staff here seems to enjoy their work because I am always greeted with a smile and they are very helpful. I have also been provided with suggestions when I couldn’t decide. The store is very Eastery now and there are bright and pastel colors everywhere. Happy Happy! Check it out! 2015 – 45

I wanted to wander around a store for a little while, to kill some time and get in some«retail therapy.» This relatively small — but packed — store served it’s purpose. The thing I actually need: one or two throw pillows for my couch. There were some cute pillows, but they were a little too expensive. Fail. The things I bought(and have actually been using): A pretty little lantern that reminds me of Mexico, a bag of votive candles, and a bedazzled looking clock. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Every time I go into this location, they always greet me with a smile. It’s a small gesture, but not something to be expected in retail these days. The staff will consistently ask if I need assistance and they always chat me up at the register. It’s nice to feel welcome when you know you are spending money on things you may not need… I mean, let’s be honest… did I really need that milk pourer shaped like a carton? Or that candle shaped like a pine cone? The last time I was in, they had these new rolling baskets(they are A-W-E-S-O-M-E). Every grocery store should take notes — it’s the perfect way to shop and not drop(your arm, that is). We’ve all been there: our arm hurts after filling our basket, but we still have more shopping to do… no longer need to worry about that when I’m at Pier One!

I’ve been on this home furnishing/decorating kick lately. I don’t know what it is, but I can’t stop watching HGTV and daydreaming about all of the possiblilties for my cute little apartment. So, on my way to the dentist I spied this Pier One, & what better way to kill my thirty minute no food post-flouride wait for Starbucks across the street? Whoa long sentences. If you’re still with me, good for you. So this Pier One has a nice large parking lot, but is just too small inside. If you can tolerate it, it’s worth a stop for ideas & a few overpriced buys. Also, right now there is a pretty big sale going on, so you have a limited-time opportunity to wade through tons of discounted items. Good times indeed…
