I just got my tree here and everyone was super nice and helpful. It was very organized. We were greeted immediately and notified of the prices. They cut the end, trimmed off the lower branches, shook the excess water off, bound the branches and tied it to my car roof in no time. Maybe they read the other review and worked to improve customer service? Regardless, I couldn’t be happier. They even gave me a free sensor to tell me when the tree needs watering.

I have purchased here years ago. Not sure what happened to them. I went in today to buy a tree and asked about pricing. One of the girls there pointed to a pricing sheet where some older lady barked at me for looking at the sheet. When she prattled off the prices, I decided it was better to take my business elsewhere.
