I’ve lived at this place for 4 yrs now, the last 3 years were decent. But this year has been the worst and I’m moving out. 1. Bed Bug and they DONOT follow proper protocol so the bed bugs spread 2. Fire Alarm always goes off whenever 3. crackheads 4. homeless people getting in the building 5. always smells like weed or/and like someone die in their apartment and know one yet 6.Washing machine are terrible don’t get your cloths clean 7.people are selling drug– there is some much foot traffic in some of the apartments 8. No parking, if you have a car you have to pay an extra $ 130 a month for a parking spot. its cheap, close to public transportation, schools, and local events but that it. If you not going to home alot then yes move here.

Absolutely horrible place. The only reason to live here is if you are a junkie, completely insane, or a masochist. And not only are the apartments complete crap, they screw you coming and going. Even if you give them a 30-day notice, they will discard it, then give you a 72-hour notice three weeks later for nonpayment of rent. And good luck appealing the notice, because the massive, faceless corporation that runs the building will hire a multi-million dollar lawyer AND their own mediator. They screw you so badly they don’t even bother with lube. Best avoided if you don’t want your rental credit screwed for the next three years.

I lived here in 2002, on the top floor, and it was wonderful. I still am friends with the neighbour we had in the apartment just across from where my husband and I lived.
