Pdx Carpet Cleaning

These guys have come out to our house a couple times to clean our carpets and I have never had any other company get them so clean before! Pet stains, food stains, unknown stains, whatever, they’ll get it out. They also got out an ink stain that completly saturated our ottoman which i thought was never coming out. Great service and very efficient. I would highly recommend them!

The owners of the company came out to evaluate my hardwood floors and we scheduled a time to return to do the work. The floors were deep cleaned and then polished. they turned out great!

Not good business practices. I purchased an Amazon Local deal for tile cleaning of up to 400 sq. feet and when the tech came out to my home he said he had no experience with my particular kind of tile. I believe it is a Spanish terracotta tile. Anyway he put a bit of heavy duty cleaner on a spot. Now it is permanently spotted with what looks like drip spots. It appears to have eaten through the sealant?
He also said he had to get some info on how to clean my tile since he had never worked on tile like this. He said he would get back to me in a couple days. I waited a week, heard nothing. I called and left a message, again nothing.
By this time my Local deal has expired, although he did say when he came out that he would still honor it. Doesn’t really matter when they don’t get back to you, right?
I called Amazon and told them what happened and they refunded me immediately. Done and done!

I recently had a flooding in my apartment and I needed it to be cleaned as soon as possible and PDX came out and got the job done very quickly and and they were very professional amd efficient amd affordable. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for great and friendly staff.
