Good selection. Came in looking for a pair of boots(They had 3 in size 11 women’s), but opted for a half boot/strappy heel look instead. I could have bought the same pair of sandals that broke on me at the airport on the way up to Oregon, but decided against it…$ 39.99 marked down to $ 15 and I was sold! Payless has my large foot size and typically has a decent selection.

We all know why you go to Payless. You need shoes of a moderate quality cheap; it’s got it. You’re not buying Docs or Red Wings; you’re buying a similar look in a slightly lower but still acceptable quality for a price that won’t break the bank. But when a really great salesperson improves the experience, it’s a great place to be. In this case, it was this fairly adorable young lady named Felicia who really bent over backwards to please us. I originally did not find the style I wanted in the appropriate size; before I had a chance to look much farther, she was on-the-spot with a pair available at a nearby location and a receipt tape that gave us $ 4 off the pair at that other store for our trouble. She really cared, had a great, sunny personality, and that really made us feel pretty good about coming there. If you go there while Felicia’s on duty, you’re just going to have a great shopping experience. No question.

Payless shoes: good prices for inexpensive shoes — awesome, customer service & ordering process — awful. I placed an order in April 24th for a pair of boots size 7. Everything great. Order went through, no problems. I’m waiting for my boots to arrive. When I get an email, that the order could not be fulfilled because the item was not available. I’m like: ‘what do you mean, not available?!” I go online, search for the boots again, same size, add them to the cart, go through the shipping process till the last step, no notification of the order not being available in that size or not being available at all for that matter. I send them an email, explaining to them that I don’t get it, how come the shoes are still available online for purchase, but the order I placed wasn’t able to be fullfield. I get a short email from Milaine with Payless ShoeSource Customer Support Center:“Thank you for contacting Payless ShoeSource. We appreciate the opportunity to serve you online. We apologize for the delay in sending you the merchandise for your order. The merchandise you ordered was not available to be shipped out. Your order has been cancelled and you will not be charged. We apologize for this inconvenience and we appreciate your patience.“ Thank you very much, they washed their hands with that. I wasn’t going to stop there. Still no explanation for why the order has not been available and fulfilled, even though the inventory online said nothing about any problems with the order. I called their customer support number, got to talk with the slowest person that works at a customer support center. After much trouble trying to figure out where the order is and why hasn’t been fulfilled she’s telling me that they didn’t have the shoes in that size, even though when I placed the order they had it and that’s why the order couldn’t be fulfilled. But now they have the shoes and all I have to do is go online again and order them. Basically, waste another 20 minutes of my life, after I already wasted an hour trying to figure out the issue in the first place. One thing for sure, I’m done ordering from Payless online. Awful customer service, awful ordering process, awful all in all.

Needs a larger variety of mens shoes. Went there today and was sorely disappointed in the selection they offered.

In case you haven’t noticed… I seriously love cheap shit. I love to spend money, and I have so little of it I must maximize the nickels and dimes and procure, procure, procure! Payless has gotten a bit pricey for me, but I still love to browse .My BFF who has way bigger balls then I gets some of the funkiest designer shoes from them and they are pretty awesome for trouser sox and flip flops. There has been a major hole in my heart since the Payless over by Food 4 Less closed about 2 years ago, and so… today I about crapped my pants when I saw the latest addition to Eastport. My life just got a whole lot easier, and since cheap and easy are my middle name this is a sweet, sweet thing!
