Terrible service, talked a good game and then blew me off when it counted. Would not suggest that anyone call this company for anything, ever.

Did a good repair job – but completely lacked communication skills.
I work out of my garage and had lots to do that day, everyday.
I have a «prep» area which contains things that need to be cleaned and those things I with handle with gloves. He grabbed an unclean box (without asking) and moved it – then went about he work with what were already very dirty hands. Without warning he shut the garage door and I was left standing outside watching my stuff for about 30 minutes (in 90 degree weather) wondering what the crashing metallic sounds coming from my garage were.
When I was finally allowed back in, I saw his none to clean ladder up against my easel and a painting I had been working on.
Yes, I admit I am a clean freak. But I was perfectly happy to move things around for him and now I have a lot of cleaning to do.

A++ for customer focused service. When I called for an appointment, none was available on the day I wanted, but a «will call list» was offerred for the day I desired. I fully understood that there was a probability no one would show, but they did!!! (They were in the neighborhood and knew my job was quick)
The ask was synching up a remote and car to the 2 door garage (a task I knew would take an experienced technician less than 30 seconds), but since the minimum labor charge is a ½ hour — it came complete with a thorough inspection and lubrication of the two doors.
High marks for me for proposing a solution that «might» work and lucky for me it did!
