I LOVE Jim! Long story short — hire this man and his company!
We hired them to spruce up our 1927 Bungalow in SE to be tenet ready. We requested them to repaint our kitchen cabinets, replaster bedroom walls & ceiling, replace the bathroom flooring, sink and toilet. We were moving out of state and had no way to know how he or what he was doing. But I never worried !! Jim called me, gave me updates on the status of the projects and even took pictures. When mold was found in the bathroom floor he took pictures and explained what they were going to do.
Jim has a great eye for detail and it’s appreciated, especially in the work order estimates he creates.
He may not have the cheapest bids in town but you know that the work he does is QUALITY and he’s HONEST.
Our tenets are so happy with the new updates it makes me sad that I never got to enjoy Orlando Construction’s work while I lived in that bungalow!
