I chose this place after a long search. I felt uncomfortable every time I visited. I thought it was a normal doctors office, but it seems like a low or no income clinic. The staff was usually dressed in street clothes so I had a hard time telling who was a receptionist and who was a nurse. I had one okay visit. The next time I went in I waited a half hour outside, then a half hour inside, then was told my doctor would not be able to see me that day. I chose to see another available doctor. That was fine, but she prescribed a nurse to rinse out my ear. This nurse walked in with no greeting and began spray-bottling my ear without warning. When she was done she told me without any sympathy that I must be pretty sensitive. When I asked what she meant she told me I was bleeding out of ear! I felt faint and asked to lie down, she said«lie down as long as you want» and walked out leaving me alone. I had told everyone who cared for me that I may faint under stress or pain, but i was left alone and had to wait until i was stable enough to sit up to out the shelf where I could elevate my legs to keep conscious. I never felt so uncared for before or since. When I called later to complain to my doctor she said she would pass the information along. A month later I got a letter from her that she was no longer with the clinic. I don’t know if she quit, or was a temporary worker. This may be a practice clinic for new doctors. BECAREFUL, ask a lot of questions if you plan to be a long term client(your doctor may not plan to be a long term care provider) and get the number for grievances programmed into your phone!
