Wow. I was absolutely blown away by this place. Beautiful facilities, any kind of equipment you would want to use to work out and better yourself. Eric & the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The whole place was spotless, and everyone was extremely encouraging. This is the kind of gym that will change your whole perspective on life. Come work out, and you’ll see for yourself.

Though I’ve just started there, I really like this place. Everyone is friendly and welcoming and it does seem like a community, which is awesome. The owners seem to be there most of the time and are always offering help. Part of why I was drawn to this place is that it seemed like they wouldn’t be constantly trying to get me to spend more money, which can be a huge turn off, especially if you’re there to recharge and connect with your body. At my last gym, they were always trying to get me to spend more. But hey, I’m on limited budget. Anyways, Optimal Self is great thus far — and not like any ‘gym’ I’ve ever been to before. Which is a good thing!

Just want to say that Sandra is an amazing personal trainer. When my schedule allows, we do yoga together. Then she stretches and massages me with essential oils. LOVE it! Sometimes we do light weights, running or meditation. She does a lot of guided meditation which helps me to really get into it. I’ve worked with other trainers before, but Sandra is by far the best one I’ve ever had. She has had a lot of training in many different areas. She studied in India and New York City with some of the best. She brings so much to our sessions. I always leave feeling stronger, rejuvenated, refreshed, happier and energetically cleaner. I also like the way yoga makes my body looks. Her style of yoga is different than what I am used to because its very interactive and integrative. I really enjoy her style of training.
