NW Best Construction

I hired joran because a friend referred him to me. From day one when he brought a bid for me he kept changing the price by offering a percentage off. Then changed his mind. I was left with 3 different amounts he would charge me.
After a couple of weeks I decided to use mw best. I was given a starting date which joran didn’t keep. The day after he started painting. I came by the house every day but joran was never there when I stopped by my home.
When I came by to my final payment I walk the house and at that time I was unhappy because the previous paint job needed to be sanded down and texturize the sanded area. He told me if I wanted it fixed I would have to pay extra. This situation should’ve been taken place before the final paint coats. He finally agreed to fix it. He sanded the areas down but he never retexturize any of the area leaving the wall. Looking unfinished. All the interior doors were on the wrong frames. Put the closet doors in my daughters closet were off the track and difficult to move or correct. Joran used my garage to spray the interior doors. He didn’t clean up any of mess and garage was filled with white dust that it is on furniture all my fine artwork my suitcases. There was paint on my carpet the stair rail up the stairs bubbled and peeled within the first week. And my hall closet door won’t even shut.
I spent 7600.00 with joran. He did half a job. He wanted to charge me more for work agreed to in the contract he left my house damaged and not working the way I left my home. He also left my front door unlocked after the workers had gone home.
I felt taken advantage of and angry after spending &7600.00 the job with nw best.
After all the problems he left with out saying he was leave or having making sure I was happy with the repairs
Going with nw best construction llc is a real gamble on how well the job is done and how your home will look when the job is completed

We could not be any happier! We had several bids to paint the outside and inside of the house. Joran and his team did a wonderful job. All our neighbors kept telling us the cedar on the house and the paint look amazing. I would highly recommend Joran. We will be using him again for another project next year.
