Took my Swedish/​Norwegian mom to the café inside here — Broder Soder. It was light, bright and delicious. We both had the «Swedish Hash». Mine was with smoked trout and her’s was with seasonal veggies. All mixed with cubed potatoes and topped with two eggs. Oh! And wonderful pickled beets. So yummy! The whole place looks wonderful– we’ll be back!
