Excellent store. I have 3 boy scouts and we were able to find everything we needed in this store. I have tall boys and this store had the xxl boy scout socks that I usually have to order online. The customer service was excellent! Both employees were excited about scouting and very willing to help. We needed a size they didn’t have on the shelf, and they were able to find it in the back. I was worried about parking since this is right downtown, but they had plenty of spaces in their lot. In addition, they had all of the merit badges on display which was fun for my boys to see. They had uniforms, fun t-shirts, OA items and all badges and patches. Great store.

Great service unless it’s a busy day, then they seem to get flustered and things go downhill. Considering it’s the only official scout store in the region, I expected a much wider selection, though it’s not bad considering the place is the size of my sister-in-law’s closet.

If you have a tiger, wolf, bear or webelo, you’ll be making a trip here at some point. A few other stores in the Portland metro area have a small amount of cub and boy scout items, but I believe this is the only official scout store in the state. They have uniforms and other clothing, books, CDs, badges(it is all about the badges my friend), beads, caps and ribbons, plus all of the related materials that a scout needs to advance through the ranks. Also a nice selection of camping gear and kits for many of the suggested crafts and activities that the boys use during the year. On any given weekend you’ll see lots of fathers and sons(moms too) with their new scouts as they try on their first uniform or get supplies for their next pack meeting. Scouting is a bit of a blast from the past, but this organization is still very much alive and well in Oregon.
