(I wrote this originally for the Mount Tabor Boot Camp, which Natalie leads). If I could, I’d give Natalie more than 5 stars. She got me into the best shape I’ve ever been and made me enjoy the entire process. The Mount Tabor Boot Camp was the exact opposite of the monotonous on-my-own gym workouts that I had gone through over and over again for the past few years. After just 1 or 2(I did 4 total) of the Boot Camps I was more toned, much stronger, and able to run further and faster than I ever had before. Natalie was very inquisitive in asking what I wanted to get out of working with her(toning, weight loss, strength, endurance, problem areas that were weak or fatty, etc.) and setting me up with the instructions to get the results I wanted. She even gave me nutrition feedback via a voluntary food diary and was also great about getting back to me during non-class times on how to stretch out or ice any soreness. The Boot Camp classes were fast-paced, FUN(even in the rain or sunny hot weather), difficult in a great way, and pushed me to try as hard as I could(not something I was expecting from myself). The classes varied greatly, focusing on circuits and drills, working with weights or other tools, sprints and/or longer distance running, and others on strength and core training. She made great use of Mt. Tabor itself, incorporating the hiking trails, playground, paved loops at the top and around the reservoir, stairs, and practically anything else we came into contact with.
