After submitting an appointment request on their website for Wednesday between 8am and noon, I received an appointment confirmation in my email. I then made plans to stay home from work to meet them. Then after waiting until 8:20am they call me and say they want to schedule my appointment and that their next available appointment isn’t until the following day. I explain that I’ve already made plans with my work to stay home and I received an appointment confirmation, and am told curtly that it’s a glitch in the system and the soonest availability is tomorrow. As a new home owner, I anticipated forging a healthy relationship with a local repair company for my ongoing appliance repair needs. Needless to say it will definitely not be with these folks. I need someone who can keep their commitments.

Horrible technician was servicing an appliance for a neighbor and parked in the spot that I OWN and pay taxes on. After asking him to move he stated he would be done in in 15 minutes or so, and if not to come and get him. Really annoying to park there at all, but seriously wrong to not immediately offer to move the truck once he knew it was my personal and owned spot. I am in need of appliance service for three items, and actually considered them since they are really close to my condo. After this I’ll be looking for someone else now.

Called and told them I had a dryer that needed a timer motor replaced. They couldn’t give me a price quote on the phone. You have to agree to an $ 80 charge to find out a price.
