I had a great experience buying my ring. A year later I moved to San Diego and while on vacation in Oregon I dropped off my ring to get fixed and cleaned. I was told I could pay for fed ex and they would ship it to me since I would not be in town to pick up. I thought it was great! But then 3 weeks after my ring was supposed to be delivered I spoke with the manager Tammy and she mentioned they do not ship for free. I let her know I paid what was asked of me but she said that was not enough. They refused to pay the difference owed even though it was their error.
Honestly I would not do any business with them in the future and would not recommend anyone else do either. You might get a good deal but they really need to work on their customer service.

Generally, I stay away from Jewelers in Malls; that being said — I needed to exchange a Pandora® bracelet for a larger one. Already having run into a problem with #Ben Bridge I was reluctant to call another one @ Clackamas Town Center. I was pleasantly surprised by how courteous the gentlemen answering the phone was. Upon arriving at the store I reminded him that I’d called and he had total recall of what I needed. Exchange handled with no problem. They were both so nice I purchased a charm from them for the bracelet! Very nice to deal with. Should I ever need a mall Jeweler again I will definitely go there first!
