Bartenders are excellent. Unfortunately they lose stars because the video dj plays the same songs every Saturday night possibly even the same order, and after a couple hours they start over. I hope they eventually update their music selection. Overall a bar with a dance floor, but nothing special.

This place needs you be updated. Also needs more lighting. Staff is nice and drinks are good. Good drunk food. Going on the patio on a warm night is awesome. The atmosphere inside though is… unique. Swamp factor: 2⁄10

I’m puzzled as to how a place like this stays open. It’s almost entirely kept alive by locals. Not exciting or anything special.

Oh mixers. You are what your are. Fun because you are the only place in Tigard that has a dance floor with a great sound system. But you still attract the local crazies and pervs. Your security staff however are really helpful in escorting most gross pervs out :) Drinks are affordable and strong.

Had a great and very low key Karaōke night in Oregon because of Mixers! Sean the bartender /all around sensei is amazing! He made my friends and I feel very at home. We loved it so much we came by for a drink on Monday, it was closed and we were bummed!

Went here recently on a Friday night. It was dead — I mean completely dead. My girlfriend and I went expecting to have a lowkey night with a little dancing an drinks. We were able to have drinks but there were probably only 6 – 12 other people ever there throughout the entire night(we were there about 10pm-close). We were okay with this because we just wanted to hang out for the night anyway. The music was great but there was never more than 2 people on the dance floor. My biggest complaint comes with the fact that I opted to open a tab since we decided to stay there for the entire night. The bartender then mistakenly gave my debit card to another patron and sent them home with it. Her«Omg, don’t be mad.» didn’t do much to ease my frustration with the entire ordeal. At the end of the day — it’s not a place I’d recommend.

Your classic neighborhood dive-bar, right off of the main stretch. A good place for a drink, a game of pool, and maybe some interesting people-watching.

WOW What can I even say about Mixers? It was about 12:30am and didn’t feel like going all the way down town. Definitely looked like locals in the bar and certainly not a ton of people. Music was loud and hardly anyone was on the dance floor. I ordered a drink… my typical Manhatten. It tasted rancid. I ordered a Scooby Snack that was on special and it was much better. The staff was friendly and it was fun to play pool for a bit. Sort of an off place/location but not terrible.

Friday night, 11pm. The dance floor is empty. The«DJ» is alternating between modern pop/hip-hop and the greatest hits of 1995. There are about 20 people in the whole place. 3 are staff members and 6 are me and my friends. The other 11 are not looking so friendly. The interior is largely composed of black and neon patterns. It reminds me of a Las Vegas airport bar minus the slot machines. Oh, and no drinks on the dance floor.

Mixers is a bar & grill in SW Portland or Tigard to be exact. that lives up to its’ name. The DJ was mixing everything. He played mostly Hip Hop, R&B, Rap, and TOP40. He made his own mixes from 90’s rap combined with today’s music. Jacko combined with Ke$ha was an interesting combination. Mixers has more restaurant vibe instead of bar and dance club. They have pool tables for people who are really not into dancing action. When I came here on Saturday night the crowd was pretty entertaining. Lots of guys with backwards Baseball caps… someone need to tell them that Limp Bizkit was so 1999 and you can’t get nookies if you dressed up like that these days(and also in 1999). Many older ladies and just in general, LADIES. It wasn’t ladies night, but sure felt like one. I don’t think I will frequent Mixers often, but good to know that there’s a place where I can dance my ass off on this side of town when I feel like it or when I feel like to get some laughs from Fred Durst look alikes. Keep rolling rolling rolling…

i know it’s a little risky to write my first review about a divey-looking club on pacific highway in tigard but… i was suprised at how much fun this place could be! it’s right near my boyfriend’s house and we had driven by many times and finally decided to check it out when we wanted to go out around 11 on a saturday night but not drive all the way to downtown portland from tigard. we played some darts(they have 3 dart boards), and danced our asses off to the top 40s/cheesy 80s-ish dance music. there’s a big screen projecting music videos on the wall too. i liked the size of the dance floor, and the crowd there on saturday night was really into it. definitely a more mixed age/suburban crowd, as you would except in the burbs. drinks were pretty cheap– always a plus. 4 stars for a surprisingly fun night out in little old tigard!
