Event space for rent. Large open rooms. They often have community events here or council meetings. It has a kitchen and bathrooms. I would love to rent it out for a arts and crafts fair or event if the price was more reasonable. I would have to advertise heavily for people to visit this location. Hidden yet conveniently located at the corner of Hall and Hemlock, just two minutes from Washington Square mall, at 8400 SW Hemlock Street Portland, OR. Metzger Park Hall good for meetings, picnics, and parties. No adult beverages is stated on a couple of different webpages for this hall. Just FYI.
