Very nice LEED certified building on SW Waterfront neighborhood. Seems to have decent layout with nice closets and bathroom. The view is fantastic especially at night, even with all the construction. The only thing residents should be aware of is that it’s not hard to go pass security. On many occasion, the concierge not only asked me if I was going to a specific floor, but also scanned the keycard in the elevators for me. Bonus for me, but unfortunate for the residents.

Top tip for this Condo high rise– Get a parking pass from the concierge at the front desk for free parking on Curry Street that lasts for 24 hours…
Then head to Soho for drinks and Sushi…
As a guest, this place is pretty awesome. Great views, fancy– yet unique décor in the lobby, and a friendly concierge to get you where you need to go.
If you plan on living here– I’ve heard from tenants that the maintenance staff is lazy (but everything is well constructed), the elevator frequently smells like perfume (what elevator doesn’t?), and the parking is cramped (though very secure and private)… But that’s three minor things for living in one of the newest up-​and-​coming condos in Portland, with epic views, and a decent layout.
