Macadam Nail Boutique

Tracey did a fabulous job!!! She was very meticulous. The atmosphere and environment was very clean and I can’t understand why it would have a single negative rating. I will enjoy this paradise, and definitely be returning to macadam nail boutique.

The guy that worked on my mom took his time with the pedicure and was very meticulous and detail oriented. She toes came out beautifully.
The woman who gave me my pedicure rushed through the message portion of the pedicure which of course is the best part of the pedicure. But she was very meticulous with painting my toes and they turned out really well.
Unfortunately there was another customer there at the same time I was with her 3 girls under the age of 5 and she has absolutely no control over them. They were running around and yelling. So I didn’t have a relaxing pedicure experience at all! (The little girls running around was not this establishment’s fault)
All in all my toes turned out beautifully and have lasted a while so far. I will definitely be back for more.
(Tip: they do not require you to bring in or purchase those nail boxes that many other places make you buy which was nice)

I just got my nails done here and am furious. They are incredibly overpriced and will try to tack on hidden fees! I asked for acrylic white tips. and when i went to pay, the woman said it was $ 40! (This was a huge shock considering I usually only pay about $ 25 at a typical salon). Then I looked at the (very small) pricing sheet at the counter and saw that «white tip acrylic» is only $ 35. I asked the woman why I was charged $ 40. and she pointed at the sheet and said «you get solar gel acrylic white tip» (which is $ 40). And I said «I never asked for that, I only asked for white tip acrylic.» She gave me a blank stare and shrugged her shoulders as if she all of a sudden didn’t understand english. I’m appalled and will not be returning to this place ever again. I’m upset I even gave her a tip.

Went here for the first time today & LOVED every minute of it. The gals who work here are so incredibly sweet & they do an immaculate job. They scrubbed the shit out of my sad, un-​pretty feet& I came out looking like a million bucks & caught up on all of the pertinent celebrity gossip I have missed while working 3 jobs. Thank you!!! I will be back next week :)

I’m always pleased with my nails AND the customer service I receive! I would highly recommend it to anyone!
