Great customer service. Helped me find a gift for a 3 year old — an amazing book he will love more and more as he grows. They wrapped it too! Super nice folks, cute stuff and fun location.

I love this little paper and good store. I lived in Japan for almost 3 years and it’s like I walked into a store in Japan. All the cute journals and cards take me back. A very clean cut store. I would recommend checking it out. And if you’re a lady hop on over to She Bop often

This is such a cute shop right across from Pok Pok. If you in the Division area and need to buy some stationary or a gift. You must look in this store, chances are that you will find something. There is a variety of items and all of it is cute! Especially the stationary! The staff is very helpful and will help you if need some advice! Unilocal 100 Challenge(18 out of 100)

I loved this store when I visited Portland last month. Today, I called to place an order for a couple of items that I loved and want to give as gifts. Yvonne couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. Unique items in an adorable store.

The cutest little store, with a fantastic selection of artwork, pottery, cards, notebooks, planners, and more. I was very pleased to find an ocean-themed print by a local artist that I immediately purchased(but have yet to frame, unfortunately), and was tempted by many other gorgeous items(only held back by my limited luggage space!). Reasonably priced, a unique collection of goods, and conveniently located!

Wish I could give this place 100 stars! So happy to have come across this little gem of a store during my trip to Portland. I love stationery. I love greeting cards. I love calendars and planners and wall prints. This place is amazing! The prices are pretty comparable to the stationery/paper goods stores in LA, but there is no sales tax in Oregon, which puts Little Otsu at the top on my list! I could’ve honestly stayed in here for hours, but resisted the temptation to purchase everything! I came out with a beautiful weekly planner that I started using as soon as I got back home! I love it. Can’t wait to come back to Portland and visit again! I will definitely be back. P. S. I was made aware that they sell some of their goods online and the no sales tax applies there too!!! Even if you don’t have an Oregon shipping address! You’re welcome.

Terrific shop of journals, comic books, artwork, greeting cards, and more! Found a terrific new planner here when my moleskine bit the dust this month. In addition, there were also some quirky Twin Peaks keychains as well as tote bags commemorating various film auteurs. For those not fortunate enough to live in Portland, they also have an online ship.

Little Otsu is a charming, friendly shop with beautifully curated items. Their inventory is always interesting but often changing, making it fun to return regularly and see what’s new. If you’re looking for a small but thoughtful gift for anyone with an appreciation of style, craftsmanship, or quirk, it’s a perfect place to shop.(They even have stuff for kids!)

Little Otsu reminds me of a little Japanese store of handcrafts, cards and paper goods that inspire Portlandia although items are from all over the world from different artists including Finland. Perfect place for paper goods and journaling notebooks. And the sun shines through the windows of D-Street making this such a welcoming addition to the bustling expansion on Division.

I came in here to wander around while waiting for my table at pok pok. Best decision ever. This place has a ton of different stationary but it’s all very unique. Unique in a good way, not a bad one. And this place so far, has the best deal for the Sakura micron pens. Most items are pretty affordable. Besides stationary, the have other knick knacks as well as posters. A fun place to check out if you’re into stationary stuff.

Stumbled upon this cute little store while walking back from brunch. While there are plenty of stores that have nice gifts and stationary(and trust me I always go in and browse stores like these), what’s different about Little Otsu is that they have a really unique and artsy selection of stationaries. Their cards, calendars, etc all seem like they could be one-time editions made personally by local artists. Plus they have a few cute backpacks, pieces of jewelry, and other miscellaneous items that are all really carefully selected. I was so tempted to buy so many things here but resisted the urge because I was sure I’d end up spending too much! I’ll definitely come back for any occasion that requires something handwritten.

Great new addition to Division. I popped in randomly the other night before a yoga class in search of a new journal. They didn’t have exactly what I was looking for, but they were really nice and helpful. The space is well laid out and you can really tell that they care about the products that they choose to carry. They have planners, calendars, notebooks, books, a kid’s section, etc.
