Loved this store. They had an awesome selection of both the leatherman tools as well as their flashlights. The service provided was most pleasant and capable. I found a nice coupon on their website and got the K3 flashlight free. All-in-all lots of fun, learned a lot and even had a nice cup of coffee at the Starbucks next door. What more could you ask for.

Like the product. Went way out of my way to find this store when visiting Portland. The customer service was HORRIBLE. Picked out a flashlight and sales person put it at the cash register for me. Went to look at a Leatherman tool and found one. Waited until sales person was done with current customer then another customer came in and she started helping that customer. Went back to finish with the other customer. Then came back but instead of helping me went to the third customer leaving me waiting until she was finished. After customer left I ask why she didn’t come back to help me and she said«you didn’t ask for help, you just looking. Many customers come in just to look before going to the airport». Pretty bad assumption that I was going to the airport when I wasn’t. Called and complained at corporate because 30 min if my time was wasted and they just said, «thanks for letting us know, we’ll tell the store manager but I don’t know who that is or their schedule.» $ 200+ sale lost.

Drove a long ways to check out this store as I am a collector of Leatherman multi tools. Arrived at 10:30 am. on Sunday. Guess what… Closed…They are only open from 12 to 6 pm. ! What kind of business hours are these? This place is not real easy to find is in a very small location sandwiched between larger stores. I was extremely disappointed and could not wait an hour and a half longer for the store to open. This is a sad way to showcase Leatherman products for sure!

Toys for the Boys! I hear grunts from the spirit of the Tool Guy and know, this is the Disneyland of Mr. B’s fantasy(to own as many tools as he can before he dies). They make super cool knives that put Swiss knives to shame and are made to last a lifetime(they guarantee it). He bought two sets for himself, and one for our daughter who is very handy with tools thanks to his training. His choice had maybe 14 different blades, scissors, a saw, wire stripper, bottle opener, screwdriver, and so on and so on. The Retail Store is only a few miles from the factory and they love to give tours, on Wednesday. Check their website for instructions.
