No wait time. Everyone was nice. Was afraid to go because of other reviews, but seems like a decent enough place.

I had a pre-​employment drug screening here and it didn’t go as smoothly as I hoped. It was my fault though.
I hadn’t changed my driver’s license after getting married so my last name on my license didn’t match with the drug screening order. I presented my social security card with my married name and also my marriage certificate with my maiden and married names on it but the techs wouldn’t accept the documents as identification. Photo ID is required and the name on the ID and the screening order must match.
I had to leave and drive straight to the DMV before they closed in less than 30 min which, by the way, is the perfect time to go if you want to avoid waiting at all. I returned to LabCorp the next morning, since they closed at 4pm, and I was able to provide a UA by the deadline.
Two good things came out of this fiasco: I passed the drug screening and I finally updated my driver’s license after procrastinating for 11 months. Actually, the lab tech I dealt with was very kind and professional which made for a more positive experience after all.

I’m not the type to write reviews but when you walk in early and then get blind sided with the fact that the test expires eastern pacific time and the email doesn’t state that it’s upsetting. I let the front desk «tech» know that it doesn’t indicate so and I have the screen shot to prove it, she then proceeds to laugh. I ask her for the minuscule amount of assistance and she continues to be rude I become infuriated, keeping my composure I ask for the number for the provider so I may follow up with them and reschedule she proceeds to chuckle again and throw her arms up and says «I don’t know» I leave even more angry. How is it a «lab» doesn’t even have the numbers for the business that send clients their directions is beyond me. I’ve worked at numerous Fortune 500 companies and know what it means to have the slightest amount of decency and respect, this place falls beyond short.

Having blood taken from my arm absolutely terrifies me. I get nauseous almost immediately and have passed out on multiple occasions. The woman working the front desk and taking blood at this labcorp is amazing. Fastest blood draw I’ve ever had, didn’t feel the needle go in or out. A+ I wish I could come here every time I need to get labwork

I can see why this place is listed as having the worst customer service across three different search engines. The front desk «tech» seemed like she here self could use a drug screening & the staffing here must get paid under minimum wage as there was ONLY one person here doing drug screening for a lobby full of people. All I had to do was drop off a sample & had to wait 45 minutes. Are you fucking kidding me??? Before making the trip out here I tried calling the NE location which had it’s «mailbox full» so, good luck if u need to call them. I called this place which can’t seem to pay for an actual receptionist to take calls or handle check ins as the same tech was the only one doing that. If I could ball up my frustration and throw it with mighty force to whoever is in charge here, u bet your ass I would. This is the worst example of proper customer handling — and leaves very little to build confidence from.

I have had to do pre-​employment drug screens here twice and both times it has been a horrible experience. The front office women are extremely rude and seem angry that there are customers here. They are also very slow and tend to go slower as it nears lunch break. When I walked in I was «greeted» by a women that sighed heavily when she saw me and her first words were «I doubt that we will be able help you today — let alone by lunch break» and it was only 11:10! When I told her I had no choice and had just driven here from vancouver all she could do is shake her head at me. If I was given any other choice I would have gone anywhere else!!!

Been here twice now for my 3 year olds blood draws. Both times they were over 30 minutes late and both times we had scheduled online appointments. They never sent the results to my doctor the first visit and I had to call multiple times even though that information Was provided at the time of the visit. The actual phlebotomist did a great job with the draw both times which is super important when it’s a child. The wait is not good for kids. It gives them time to freak out!

It could use a good scrub-​down from top to bottom and the environment would be a bajillion times nicer… like a real clinic, but ’tis what it ’tis. It’s a small office in a larger complex right over by Reed College. Plenty of private lot parking.
Straightforward process: you show up (online appointment preferred, but they take walk-​ins), sign in, they process what you need and then they email the results to you and your provider (or whatever contact who ordered the testing) a couple of days later.
They do all kinds of testing: employer-​ordered drug testing, doctor-​ordered labs, allergy, paternity, etc. Even things like UTI and Lyme disease. Basically, they are a third-​party confidential vendor between either just client or client + employer or client + physician.
Diagnostics galore.
I can’t speak to the pricing structure, as that is unique to each situation. In my case, I ended up here because there was an issue at my regular doctor’s lab and we needed to get some blood work done right away. I paid no bill, as it will go through my regular doctor, but I gathered if you’re there on your own (not employer or physician ordered) you pay up front.
It was easy peasy. I waited less than 10 minutes (I did not have an appointment). The phlebotomist was courteous and I was out of there in no time.
Lesser stars only because it really was quite a dingy office and would be much more comfortable after a visit from Merry Maids. I did not question the cleanliness of the equipment or process, which obviously I had a front-​row seat for, but I certainly didn’t want to stick around.

I’ve been waiting here since 9:07am and it’s currently 10:56 as I am writing this review. The lobby is full of people and this place is understaffed. Only one guy is running the show… He’s working the front desk, phone calls and is the one running the lab tests. He seems like a nice guy so this is nothing against him but having people sit and wait for hours is unacceptable. Then there are people that walk in with appointments but it doesn’t show up on their system… Further delaying the process… I don’t know when I will be seen but this definitely warrants a 1 star review.

We were scared by the reviews but a cheap way to get simple blood tests done won us over and we went in expecting the worst. I feel like this is a different place than everyone else has been to. Walked in, no appointment, at 11:30 and got in and out in 10 min. (Blood draw + pee test, for two people.)

The staff was not just doing their job but delightful to be around. Especially 15 minutes before lunch break. Great place that makes a mundane task enjoyable. Will be back again, for sure!

I have had blood drawn a few times in my life and I can’t think of a more unorganized and unfriendly place. The rude staff makes the patients cranky, so the overall feel as soon as you walk in is extremely uncomfortable. I’m not sure why I bothered to make an appointment since all the walk-​ins still had priority over me and I had to wait an hour regardless.
Pros:
1. Close to my house.
2. The gentleman that took my blood was quick and professional.
Cons:
1. Waiting room is small and you can hear every conversation in the back rooms. It’s awkward to hear about stool samples, etc…
2. Rude staff.
3. Confusing sign in system when you arrive. No receptionist to check in with.
4. Old creepy building.

Pull in to the parking lot at this low-​rent office complex and you enter another world, the world of LabCorp. I was required to wait a full hour in a dingy, overflowing shoebox-​sized waiting room just to drop off a lab sample at this LabCorp location. The packed waiting room was full of understandably cranky people, and everyone could overhear all sorts of «private» conversations related to exams taking place just behind a dilapidated thin door. There was a single pleasant but overtaxed employee, and a constant flow of people waiting long periods of time for simple lab tests. The single employee was conducting all the testing and at the same time trying to take care of all intake, payment, and insurance information data entry. It actually felt like a third-​world type of experience.
Don’t forget to add your name to the waiting list when you walk in the door or you will not be acknowledged.
If you can avoid coming to this place or doing any business at all with LabCorps, I’d strongly encourage you to do so.
