I love the Kure shack over on Hawthorne and stopped in here today on my way home for a 32 ouncer of green E-lemonator for some(much needed) pre NYE detox action. Friendly hellos right when I walked in. That is always a huge plus for me. The guy who made it said«be careful opening it I filled it to the tippy top». Well thank you! Seriously — I can’t stand when I pay a premium for something and it is not filled all the way. I will make a point to stop here again and grab a healthy lunch or dinner to go. They have yummy looking salads and healthy rice bowl eats. A few seats if you want to stay there too. Thanks Kure!

Dear Kure, I never knew how much I could love a healthy foodery. You blow my mind in every way possible. Amazing staff and food. Please please please open a spot in North Portland or St. John’s. Love– Portland

I always walk over to this Kure from my studio, on the weekends. I usually go with a bowl of the gods, PB and awesome(sub almond butter) or and extra mile and a cally snap to munch on while I wait., the Kure Bar is also good and surprisingly hearty. I’ve noticed that when this one dude is there, they’re always playing dope music in the background, high-five to that guy! I also work for the point of sale that they use, so it’s always fun to pop in on our merchants and see how things are going.

These people knew my face while I was working in Central SE Industrial, and some of them learned my name ;) I’ve got to say that my visit to this minimalist, high quality juice bar during my lunch breaks from a rough day job– really transformed my day. Kure and Cargo are the main things I miss from working in this neighborhood, and they can really go hand-in-hand. Keep it fresh KURE!

Great service, deep menu, very quick. There’s a cooler with pre made options right up front, and an app to make payment easier. There’s not much else to it, Isuppose, I really like the Peanut Butter and Awesome smoothie, not a whole lot else to report — this one is self-evident. It is a top-notch smoothie and health food store. I’m sure there’s something for everyone, and it’s all healthy and delicious and you’ll try to suck it all down in one breath. Any questions? Well, they have an app and it has their menu and you can set up an easy payment option =so you can leave your silly plastic and money at home. It’s not as fast as pre-ordering, but whatever. They’re fast enough already.

One of my favorite places for a quick snack or a light lunch but was really disappointed today. Came in to pick up a honey bee good bowl and it was very unsatisfying. The portion was very inconsistent today and was left with almost half the amount I usually get. It usually fills me up for a few hours but I was still hungry after my bowl. I will still continue to come but I hope that they have more consistency with their portions.

I would pay $ 20 for a Sunnyside bowl if they would open a Kure in Salt Lake. It’s the most perfect acai bowl in existence. The perfect fruit/stuff to smoothie ratio. The perfect mix of flavors. The dried goji berries add a great burst of tart/chewiness. Macadamia nuts add crunch. Bee pollen adds a unique flavor. I just don’t know what to tell you besides you really really need to go here.

I work a couple blocks down the street from this place. Thus I get to KURE myself at least once a week. Bright, simplistic and clean interior(almost zen-like), super friendly staff, open kitchen and amazingly delicious nourishments. It’s pricey but definitely worth every dime. What’s your health worth? My favorites are the Honey Bee Good açaí bowl and The Extra Mile smoothie + banana. All in all, KURE is a nice and healthy alternative to this neighborhood.

Love this place! My favorites are The Extra Mile, Honey Bee Good and Bowl of the Gods. So yummy and healthy! Love going to this place when I need a fast and healthy meal that I can eat at my desk or during hot days.

This is my go-to juice bar when I’m biking home on the Springwater Corridor. Just hop off at Salmon St., backtrack a block or two, and you’re there! As others have said, the staff here are super-nice. I’m sort of in love with the older woman who works here(and I mean *older* in the best possible way) — yowser. Be still my beating heart… is it hot in here, or is it just me? I highly recommend the Eisenhart. It’s insanely tasty. So hop on your bike and ride to Kure Juice Bar! N’yuk, n’yuk, n’yuk!

So today nothing sounded good for lunch. Walking down Yamhill I came upon this cheery and bright juice bar. Decision made! I have been hearing the buzz about acai bowls for a bit and decided to give the«Bowl of the Gods» a try. SOGOOD! Fresh, creamy, crunchy goodness. Totally hit the spot! The service was quick and friendly, and I loved seeing all the fresh ingredients before my eyes! I definitely will be back!

I love KURE. It’s expensive but it’s worth it. I have the KURE app. that’s linked to a credit card of mine. This isn’t something I’d typically do, but KURE is just that good. It’s so refreshing on a hot day or after a hike. As for Acai bowls– Sunnyside is my favorite. Smoothies– I like Lush Life and The Extra Mile.

Ahhh! I’m so glad that KURE is opening new locations. I cannot wait to see them on every corner in Portland. Their newest location is just like their other seasoned locations. Expect the usual from this one: great products, friendliest humans behind the counter + new, fun drink choices. Let it be your little cup sunshine of on the corner.

I heart Kure. The Gateway Blend is delicious and satisfying and totally worth the hefty $$ for juice. I’ve been dying to try one of the acai bowls, but the sugar content in smoothies kind of skeeves me out. I decided to bite the bullet and try a bowl of the gods for bfast. OMG! Delic! It melted a bit on the ride home so I would suggest consuming quickly, but my god this was some good stuff. I felt like I was eating a delicious peanut butter dessert. Which than got me nervous. This tastes way too good to be healthy for bfast. I checked out the nutrition content and found there was a little more than 500 calories in the bowl(not bad at all), but roughly 40 something grams of sugar. Umm that’s no bueno for bfast for me. I ate half and decided to save the rest to assuage my guilt. Its kind of a soupy mixture now, but still delic. I love carbs, but not when there’s a ton of sugar. Think I’m going to stick to that amazing Gateway Blend. As for the store itself, parking can be tough in this hood, but the wait(or lack thereof) is so much more palatable than the Hawthorne spot(where I’ve waited close to a half hour for my juice). Think this is my new go to Kure spot… Please open one in the NE! Tons of new storefront on Williams(hint hint :))

As far as I’m concerned, when it comes to juice bars in Portland, Kure is my OG. Or should it be OJG? Original Juice Gangster. I like the ring of that. I’ve been getting juiced at their Hawthorne shack since forever, and even visit the downtown outpost from time to time. And now they have this… the new spot. Down in the SE Industrial. Right in between. I love the offerings here. Tasty smoothies, wellness shots, fresh juices, cold press, acai bowls, and a few solid food items. It’s everything I crave, and they have something for every occasion. I’ve filled up my Kure card more times than I care to admit, and now they’ve moved to LevelUp and I don’t even have to carry my card any more. Yay for not making me have a 15th card in my wallet! If you’ve been to either of the other Kure locations, there’s not much for me to tell you about this new one except this… they have a few dedicated parking spots on the back side of the shop. So if you make the mistake of heading to that sector of town on a weekday around lunch hour, and find yourself circling looking for parking, seek out that lot. Inside word says that the spots out front don’t usually fill up until late morning toward the lunch hour anyway, but now you can’t say you didn’t know. Support these dudes. Support you health. Support your mind. Support your body. Do something nice for all the aforementioned, and get yourself down to Kure. It’s totally worth it.

First of all, I don’t know if you’ve done any food prep of fruits and veggies at home to make juices/smoothies, but my kitchen never looks this good. Secondly, my juices never turn out half as good! I love all of the Kure locations, and am excited that they’ve opened up a new location that has earlier hours! I have been dying to get my Kure fix before the normal start time of 10am, and now I have that option! My go-to food item is Bowl of the Gods. It’s one of my favorite breakfasts I could ever imagine – filling, yet healthy and packed full of fruits and nuts. Now I’m just waiting for the 12th and Stark location to open…

Amazing! You can always spot a great business when the employees are happy! Happy to be working at their place of employment, but happy to serve the customer! The owners and the Kure Machine are doing something radically different than most business in Portland! They offer an amazing food product, but wait for it: Offer Amazing Customer Service! Just being served The Bowl of the Gods is all that it takes! We are so stoked to have them close to our place of business, that we now have a great place to refer our clients too for a delicious, tasty and healthy meal or beverage! Thanks Kure Nation for being in PDX!

Kure really is my cure for just about anything. The Bowl of the Gods is pretty much my favorite thing for lunch and especially amazing on warm days. I grab the cold pressed juices from the fridge to take to work for breakfast. the PDXtacy is the perfect substitute for a calorie-filled coffee drink and it tastes wonderful. The staff is helpful and always steers me toward the right drink for my tastebuds. It’s great to see all the fresh veggies just waiting to be squished and make their way into my belly! So glad to have on in SE now and this will be a regular stop for me. Also, sign up for their rewards program and pay with your phone. It’s one of the best I know. Definitely keeps me coming back. I love being able to stop in for a drink while on a bike ride or walk and not have to worry about having my wallet with me.

So, I really really love Kure. Neither of the two previous locations were particularly convenient for me to make it to so I am doubly excited about this location which is right next to my gym. I’ll probably be here a little too often. They are super vegan friendly. The things that aren’t vegan friendly already can be made vegan friendly very easily. My favorite delicious things are: The extra mile sub agave for the honey, the hot mess oatmeal, and the pdxstacy(cashew milk, maple syrup and cold brew coffee!!!). Everything is super delicious and a pretty decent price point. I am especially impressed with the price for the oatmeal. You get a really big portion with lots of toppings for around 5 bucks.

So happy to see this new location of the wonderful Kure juices and fresh foods. It’s my new place to stop after a walk on the waterfront. Try their Rawsome blend juice or the Farm blend. I have yet to try their other items. They also have a coupon in the Chinook Book.
