I was looking for a quote. Tried this agent because they are in the neighborhood. Called 4 times over the course of a month. Every instance, they told me they would research and call me back. Did not receive a single returned call. Every time I called them, they had no recollection of who I was or why I was calling. Poor customer service guys. If I could give ZERO stars I would. I called an agent down the road in clackamas, and they got me the quote in one hour. Do not use this agent.
