I always call ahead to get my fix of hot wings; remember to call and ask for fresh otherwise you’re going to end up with old dried out wings for the morning. Two stars for customer service and one for greasy chicken that reminds me of my childhood.

Showed up at 10:45pm, store was closed but they are open until 11. Told me I couldn’t use cash cuz the register was closed and only had potatoe wedges and biscuits for sides… where is the service?
If it was me working I would go above and beyond to compensate for my mistakes… and I couldn’t get what I wanted, they had to «do their best»
Next time I’ll get my own chicken and fry it myself

Bought a combo meal. After I asked them what combo meal included mashed potatoes and gravy. Arrived to give to my dad, and the one thing he wanted was not there. Very aggravating considering he was in the hospital.

The girl at the counter was knowledgeable about the menu however she kept shouting to the other employees about closing early and how they/​she was running out of everything and being rude to them. You could hear someone coughing up a lung in the back of the kitchen. One guy canceled his entire order because he was quoted a 20 minute wait time. There was also what looked like a bullet hole in the glass at the booth I was In. I guess the experience was funny, at the least. Our food was good tho

I went to kFC on friday the 31st. I place my order for 3 turkey pot pies which are good then I also ordered a 12 piece boneless bucket. It took them almost 25 minutes because they could not meet my order. 4 other people ordered after me and got their meals before me. In the past they have met my expectations and filled the same order very speedy. They were not that busy to meet my order. Usually this KFC is usually met my expectations. Everybody look like chickens running around with their heads cut off and waiting for boneless chicken to be done.
