Dr. Duncan is only the second dentist I have ever had since I was a little kid, and I have visited every six months for my entire life. I believe I have the«normal» number of fillings(in the molars) for a person who has never had fluoridated water, and have had maybe one or two refilled. All of my fillings I got when I was a kid. I’m 48 years old and just received my second crown. I had a chipped front tooth years ago and he fixed it to perfection. It still holds. I have complete trust in Dr. Duncan, and his hygienists have all been great ever since they quit using the ultrasonic scaler on me. As a well-established patient, I am treated very well. Granted, it does seem like they don’t answer the phone, but for me it’s not a huge problem since I don’t have to call to make appointments. I make them when I leave the last appointment. I really have no need to call them. After seeing the poor reviews, I felt the need to put in a good word for my dentist. Maybe I’m just lucky I got in long ago and haven’t needed to find a new dentist. Good luck to the rest of you!
