Worst customer service. Bought a pair of shoes walked around in them for an hour thought they were too small and they wouldn’t let me return them

Great shoes and very helpful service. We came during a sale and ended up with three pair. Just realize that you won’t find much under $ 70 in here except for sale pairs. If you want good shoes instead of cheap shoes (the two are rarely the same thing) you should check out this place.

While it is a small store, they had an impressive selection of Keen footwear, my favorite brand. It was packed with customers the weekend before Christmas, but I managed to squeeze to the wall with Keen brand.
The prices for a brick and mortar store were very competitive and won my attention immediately. Prices were clearly marked, especially if there was a discount or sale price.
There were a few shoe boxes out in the open, but the greater of the stock is kept in the back for the staff to retrieve for you. There was a brilliant customer service associate that was upbeat, friendly and attentive to everyone with whom she was able to make eye contact. She truly seemed to make every effort to help as many people as possible. As soon as we made eye contact we smiled and she waded through the crowd to me. She maintained 5-​star customer service, even when I gave her the wrong shoe size. She quickly retrieved the correct size for me and allowed me time to try them on without hovering over me. As soon as was done doing my runway, pivot and turn she checked in on me. We had a quick chat about the shoes– she was very knowledgeable about the brand and recognized the pair I was wearing. She informed me the style I was purchasing were the new versions of the style I was wearing.
She brought me to the register to finish the transaction and she informed me that on top of the sale price, there was an additional 15% discount!
I ended up wearing them out of the store and she carefully packed my old shoes in the box to take with me (as I wasn’t ready to part with them yet).
If I am in the area, I will definitely return to this store. Stock and Service FANTASTIC!

I got my first pair of hiking shoes here (Keens) and they are fantastic. It’s like walking on little pillows all day (and they got quite the workout over the next week of sightseeing). I’m amazed at how comfortable they were right out of the box (there was no «breaking in» period).
Their selection size is average, but I’d rather have a few quality shoes to pick from than be overwhelmed by aisles (and stories) of a DSW. The saleswoman was very friendly and knowledgeable (it helps that she used to work in a hiking store). She taught me the proper way to tie hiking boots (2 bunny loops) and had great advice about the proper type of wool sock to wear. Excellent service and extremely happy with my purchase.

I needed a good pair of sturdy walking shoes, and this store did not disappoint. I must say that I never pay retail for shoes, so parting with $ 100 for one pair was a bit painful. However, being in Portland without a car made foraging for deals impossible.
The selection was outstanding and Maureen was an absolute saint. After trying on at least 10 pairs, I finally left with some great Danskos. If you want to find something really fun and funky, and if you don’t mind paying the extra money for fantastic service, this is your store. Thank you, Maureen!

This store specializes in brands of shoes like dansko, bogs, alegria, and any others that cost around $ 100. You have to know that going in, otherwise you will walk out with sticker shock. They did have some dansko colors and materials that I had not seen before and there were lots of sandals on sale since it is the end of summer. They also carry those crazy looking toe shoes that runners wear and had a lighter weight version specifically make for yoga ($ 90 to $ 120 range). Bring your credit card and have fun!
