Since the girls left, we quit going there… okay about two years ago. Coffee got to be crap. Evidently the owner cuts two coffees together. bad idea. Don’t go if you don’t have to. To either one. Black Rock is down the street and much better… even the coffee cart in front of Franz is a bit better…

I am reviewing the Java Jazz on 101st and Foster… This place used to have a great barista, but since Danielle has gone, the service is sub par at best. We literally just walked up to the Shack and watched the girl get in her car and leave. There are days this place doesn’t even open. Can’t depend on your staff? It makes it really frustrating, especially since this is so close to my house. The new baristas don’t make that great of coffee, but it is better than nothing. I hope that the owner figures it out and fast! I used to love this coffee Shack, but with their best barista gone, it has fallen off of my list. Maybe the one by the copper penny is better. It’s the same owner, and that one seems to always be open.

This place is pretty good. WHY is Coffee so Overpriced? $ 4 for a Mocha. I think a coffee strike is in order.

This place is convenient, has friendly staff, has doggy treats, and coffee that is NOT starbucks or Dutch brothers(which both give me gut rot). It’s a nice drive up coffee house that is pretty much under I-205. The prices are very reasonable. I will go back for sure!

This place is really great and convenient. The coffee always tastes fresh and never tastes burnt. This is probably my favorite coffee drive-through(though I must admit, it is fairly close to home which makes a big difference, though I pass 2 others on my way to Java Jazz). There has been a few times where they had ran out of coffee, or it was too old, so they made me a HUGE americano which was really nice(I guess this is standard treatment at coffee shops). I was worried about the fate of this little coffee shop because of all the construction(new Max line) on I-205, but It hasn’t seemed to effect the biz in any way, except for now the little drive through is always shadowed by a big new bridge. Why you should go here: –Nice employees =Quick service –convenient location(E on Foster just before 205 on-ramp) =Fair prices –Takes credit cards =It isn’t Starbucks
