I have experience rolfing from several rolfers and feel that Melanie’s approach is the best. She was able to zero in on my issues and gently improve them. My body is much happier because of the rolfing I have received from her and I will continue to use her in the future. The lasting effects of rolfing make it much better than simple massage and Melanie’s technique makes it a very enjoyable experience.

I have experienced Rolfing from many practitioners, each with their own style. I found Melanie’s technique to be gentler, and just as effective as others (I think Rolfing gets a bad reputation for being «harsh touch»). I have now been seeing her for years and realize what a difference it has made in my «patterns» and posture.
Rolfing is much more effective for me than a deep tissue massage because it works on specific facial tissue and has longer lasting. I feel the cost similar but the result is much more rewarding with Rolfing.
If you are on the fence about trying it, give it once.
