I’ve been in two accidents and they helped me from beginning to end with great customer service. They dealt with the insurance company for me and made everything very easy to deal with. Highly recommended!

The best car repair experience I have ever had. Seriously. I was recently hit on the side of my car and filed a claim to get my car repaired. I knew absolutely nobody in the auto body and detail business and being a student I wanted to make sure the money I received from my claim was going to go to a place that did quality work. I was hesitant to come here at first being that I had read the previous review here on Unilocal.However I am so glad I took a leap of faith and trusted my car with the employees at Highlight. The result was incredible. I only needed my bumper fixed but the repairmen also noted that the interior lining of my car was coming off and fixed it, no charge. I can’t thank the working employees of this business enough for going beyond what I was expecting.

Very poor quality work they placed on my vehicle! I got into a fender bender in my Dodge Challenger and took it in. Got a new one installed and had it painted only to see that they didn’t paint it all around throughly! The edges of my front bumper look horrible! I had to go out to the dealership and order a paint pen and fix it myself! And on top of that! While they painted the bumper I got a bunch of overspray from a different vehicle being painted! This was by far the worst experience I’ve had! BEWARE these guys will not give your vehicle the attention it deserves!
