I completely agree with the previous review. The clothes are great, but the staff needs some customer service training. I can’t tell if it’s the location(we are talking the Pearl.) or if it’s HA culture. I brought my child in with a stroller, but it’s a big step up to the front door which has no hydraulics. I fumbled my way into the store, but geez… at least offer to open the door for me on the way out. Especially after buying something! There’s four people milling around the store, so they could spare the extra time and effort. I actually came in and out twice that same afternoon, and same story both times. I’ll be back because I love the clothes, but not for the service.
