Hacienda Community Development Corporation

Hacienda claims to build community. Their very name says so, «community development». Yet they don’t care about the communities where they set up their businesses. For the last several months alarms have been screaming from their buildings, several times a week. Usually on the weekends or in the middle of the night. The alarms scream into the neighborhood for minutes, sometimes hours. Disrupting family get-​togethers, ruining sleep when it kicks in after 10, after 2! The police have been called multiple times, but hacienda does not care about the mental well being of the community it «serves» and so has done nothing to address this problem. It should change its name to «Hacienda — neighborhood problem and destroyer of dreams»
