TERRIBLE customer service. I was so excited to order from this company since they are local and carry such awesome, sustainable stuff. Unfortunately, when I received my order it was the wrong item! And fine, things happen, but I have emailed, and emailed, and called, and emailed with no response! I’m not really sure what to do at this point but I am very frustrated that I paid for an item I never received! Hopefully they’ll get back to me at some point. I wish they still had a storefront so I could at least find someone to talk to.

This place is an example of terrible customer service and terrible service in general. I was looking for a hard to find shirt and was very excited to find their website and see that they had all sizes available in the color I wanted. I added the item to my cart, paid for it, and waited. Then I waited some more and got a sinking feeling. So I called them a few times and no one ever answered. Then I emailed customer service and received no response. Their web site indicated my order was processing. The only way I could have any insight was to check and see if my credit card had been charged, which it was not. I knew this shirt was hard to find and got the feeling that maybe their inventory system had some issues. Finally I emailed them again and was told, oh yes, sorry, the item is out of stock after all. Oops. Great, thanks. And I guess if I hadn’t been so persistent to figure out what was going on, it might have been a few more weeks before I found this out. First of all, why does your web storefront allow me to add an item to a shopping cart and pay for it if it is out of stock? It is very elementary, and expected that an operation like this should indicate which items and sizes are sold out. When I searched for this shirt on other web sites, they clearly indicated which sizes were available. The fact that they let me pay for this item and cool my heels wondering what was going on with no feedback until I spent days trying to contact them is sad. I called, I emailed, and nothing until I finally got a message. I certainly won’t be shopping here again.

I love this store so much. First of all, it is a bit expensive, BUT, it IS an organic DESIGNER clothing store. How many stores like that do you know of? I’m such a fan. If you can find a sale it is much easier to shop here. They have tons of cute stuff to make you feel super posh. Best of all, if you shop on a whim and don’t end up liking your stuff they have free returns and exchanges… shipping in the first place is only $ 5! NOTE: you pay for shipping to return in the first place and it becomes part of your refund.

I’ve been on their email distribution list for quite some time and was pleasantly surprised(albeit feeling a bit dumb for not realizing it sooner) that they are local. They have a great selection of sustainable clothing, jewelry and accessories that are both fashionable and hip. They carry great brands that are commonly seen in the sustainable/organic/fair-trade clothing scene and it seems they are frequently putting things on sale. Plus, the staff is really friendly!

Greenloop has the best selection of sustainable mens clothing on the planet. Fair trade organic cotton, bamboo and reused materials they carry all the major labels and some up and coming eco-fashion designers including edun, loomstate and sameunderneath. They also have a huge selection if eco-fashion for women including accessories, jewelery and shoes. I have a killer loomstate hoody I got as a birthday present last year.
