Phil was one of the best people I’ve had the privilege of both enjoying the extremely professional job and the conversation with. This is a follow up to my 8.31 review. Nearly three weeks later they finally got a service tech out to my home to complete the job the first tech left uncompleted. I appreciate that they did the right thing, but the entire experience and time wasted on the phone/​waiting for a supervisor to call me back (which he never did), and being told a number of different things by so many different service representatives was extremely frustrating. I will not work with them again.

I had a serious computer problem after the last windows 10 update. Ray, the Geekatoo Tech came to my home right on time. The problem took some time to fix but he knew what needed to be done right away. What impressed me most is how Ray took the time to fix the problem and was in no hurry to leave because he wanted to make sure my system was back in total working order… no shortcuts. Geekatoo obviously uses only very experianced Techs who know what they are doing. I’ll be using Geekatoo and Ray anytime I have a computer problem I can’t solve myself.
