The customer service here is good, but the quality is terrible. I paid close to 600 for a futon. They claimed the frame was the best you could get and I had selected the highest quality mattress to go with it. Not to mention the(not included!) $ 50.00 cover. The box it arrived in was from another country and clearly the product was low quality. The base snapped within months. The mattress did not stay put on the wood. It was so incredibly uncomfortable. I reached out about the base and got an email back«we will order the new part for you.» No sympathy or understanding. I picked up the new piece, the same exact thing happened. I reached out, and weeks of trying to contact them have received no answer. I wasted $ 600 on the worst piece of furniture ever made. At this point I do not want a new piece again, it seems like just buying the same issue. I should receive a refund. So far I can’t even get a response never mind a refund.
