It was absolutely wonderful to have the windows restored. No more propping up the window with a stick, and our windows remain true to the house (we had several companies suggest we replace our windows with vinyl — what a terrible thing to do to a nicely restored/​preserved house).
Patty explained the process to us and does it right. It’s exciting to work with someone who takes pride in her work and does it so well. She repaired three windows in our house.
I can’t recommend Fresh Air Sash Cord Repair enough, and we will definitely work with Patty again to do the other windows in our house.
