This is an excellent program! You can do anything for 8 weeks and you feel so great after 8 weeks it is easy to continue. The gradual excercise program has you getting stronger by the week. I lost 17 lbs in 8 weeks and went on to lose a total of 53 lbs in 6 months and started competing in Masters swimming events. Julie is a very inspirational coach, the Lose It app is super easy to use and you will be amazed at how much better you feel!

I loved the programs that I did with Flourish. Julie is a fantastic coach, and the group support really helped me stick with the program and make it to a weight I never thought I would see again. I also love that Selena is a functional nutritionist, and her program really helped me feel healthier.

What an amazing program! In 8 weeks I lost 8 pounds, gained so much muscle back, increased my energy levels, increased my knowledge of nutrition, changed my eating habits and so much more. As a result of all these positive changes in my life and eating my sleep apnea and exercised induced asthma has decreased!!! There are no gimmicks and coach Julie takes the time to give you personal coaching. There is a weekly conference call for 8 weeks straight, which includes various nutritional tips, and experiences with the program. You record your nutritional intake daily as well as any exercise and the coach can monitor everything. She gave very helpful tips and suggestions throughout the 8 weeks. The program is so convenient because all work is done over the internet and through conference calls. I was very pleased with that aspect of the program. Coach Julie’s knowledge and expertise is apparent during the conference calls and her insight to each persons individual needs makes this program so unique. Thank you Flourish for kick starting my health just at the right time in the year and in my life. I greatly appreciate it and would happily recommend the program to ANYONE!!!
