I LOVE Jamie’s bootcamps! She does a great job making some super hardcore ab work feel fun, and there’s always a great mix of activities, from cardio to strength training to partner work and a little stretching /yoga, too. Bootcamps can be really intimidating but Jamie’s are accessible and friendly — you will never feel like the odd person out, or the most out of shape one there(even if you are, ha!). The other bootcampers really develop a rapport and it feels like social hour, albeit with some burning muscles.

Love Jamie and Fit Approach! Even though it’s hard to get out of bed so early in the morning, I always get a great workout and feel so accomplished for the rest of the day. I rely on Fit Approach boot camps to help me cross train and prep for my upcoming half marathon! Jamie always customizes the workouts based on the skill levels of who is in attendance, and always pushes you to do your best without yelling and being scary. It’s also a great way to meet other people in San Francisco who are interested in being outdoors and maintaining fitness. Fit Approach boot camps are also way more cost-effective than some other fancy boot camps in the city, but are just as effective. I would recommend Fit Approach boot camps to anyone — just be prepared to get up early in the AM!

I played a sport in college and would like to think I have remained pretty in shape since then. Well, after i took a Fit Approach bootcamp class, I quickly learned that I wasn’t as fit as I thought! I was sore in places I didn’t even know I had muscles! I loved it and have been back time and time again for a little kick(and boost) in the butt!

LOVE Fit Approach. The instructors are great — they push you to do you but also make working out fun and teach you as you go along! I learned so much from Fit Approach and would recommend this to anyone(advanced or beginner) — it’s a great way to get healthy and in shape. Jamie is simply the best — she is super knowledgeable and so passionate about health and fitness. She motivates you to do your very best and makes working out fun.

The trainers for Fit Approach are super high energy and knowledgeable. Not only do they push you to do more and work harder, but they motivate you to WANT to do more and work harder. Before you know it, you’re sucked into their enthusiasm for fitness, and instead of asking to slow down or have a break, you are saying, «Yes ma’am! May I have another?» Plus, you get to workout in one of the nicest spots in the city. The Lyon St. stairs has great views and is right next to the Presidio which has awesome trails for running, hiking, or walking. Oh, also, Jamie is kind of cool.
