Dr. Caroline is an amazing healer! Her intuitive questions and perceptive adjustments leave me feeling so much better. I began seeking treatment in my first trimester, as my sciatic flared up as soon as I began gaining weight.
I also love the Mayan Abdominal massage, it is gentle and relaxing on the belly, and intense on the lower spine. (I love a tough love massage.) The combination has supported my growing awareness during prenatal yoga and walking, to help me lift out of my low back.
I booked a series of prenatal massage with Sheila Resari, LMT and I am pretty sure I fell asleep a couple times in our first session. She was incredibly relaxing in her presence and targeted touch is wonderful. Although I enjoy an intense massage, she never dug in, it felt like a perfect opening with patience and tons of knowledge.
I have a feeling I will be a life-​long patient of this clinic, bringing my family & new baby in for Cranio-​Sacral therapy, acupuncture and Chinese herbs!
