Feast Portland:Smoked!

Smoked is BAD ASS. I don’t even eat much meat. I don’t crave it generally either– especially beef or pork, but Smoked had some really astounding stuff. It made me feel like I could never be a Vegetarian.
This event blew me away with so much creativity, passion, and general love for food in one place. Awesome meeting all the local and visiting chefs and everyone else involved in the food industry.

Knife at the Highland Dallas (John Tesar, Dallas, TX) Fire roasted 44 Farms Beef Short Ribs Farafa, Red Wine Gastrique
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

As much as I am going to miss Feast Portland: High Comfort, I’m ecstatic about Smoked! We walked by the location today and it’s going to be on a large grass field, so choose your shoes accordingly. Full review to follow!
