Love it here. Staff is incredibly fun and helpful. They’re easy going and fun to joke around with. They lay out the specifics of insurance benefits in an easily understandable way. Would highly recommend.

This place sucks when it comes to customer service. I thought I would check them out since they’re in my neighborhood and I wanted a new pair of reading glasses. Shortly after getting my glasses, the frames break. They send them out for warranty repair and then want to charge me for shipping … are you kidding me. $ 20 to wait a couple of weeks to ship something that weighs an ounce or two. After bitching about it, they decided to waive the charge. A couple of months later, they break again, same thing. This time, they tell me the frames are out of warranty and the only thing they can do is sell me a new pair of frames for $ 150. What the hell would I want I new pair of crappy frames for. Forget it, I went to the place in NW where I should have gone in the first place and within 5 minutes the owner found me a pair of frames that my lens would fit in. Two days later I have my new glasses … thanks to another shop that values customer service. Even though I live about a block from this place, I know I won’t be going back there.

I brought in a very expensive pair of prescription Miyagi sunglasses to have the lenses replaced. When they came back the frames were bent beyond repair. No fix or compensation was offered, I was basically told you brought us a thousand dollar pair of sunglasses and we’re giving you trash in return… have a nice day. Save yourself the nightmare and go anywhere else.

Had an in-​depth eye exam and got a nice pair of glasses here a year ago. Staff is nice and efficient. When they were having fit issues this month, the friendly staff recommended having them replaced with the warranty. I quickly got a brand-​new pair for $ 20. Their help was appreciated. Only downside is that their fitting is not quite as good as other places I have been.

Friendly and awesome service, Great selection of frames. I got fitted for contacts and had a stress free eye exam. I enjoyed the comfortable atmosphere for trying on frames and was given good advice about which frames worked with my face shape. I will definitely be back!
